Executive and Life Coaching
Transitions, opportunities, hurdles, and dilemmas are a part of everyone’s journey. My role as a Life Coach and Executive Coach is to help you assess where you are, uncover where you want to be, and explore how to get there. I believe life has equipped you well. Our task, together, is to sort the puzzle pieces out and put them back together with care to reveal a future where you are living out your purpose with the greatest amount of health and delight possible.
This process is about you. Serving you well; moving you in the direction you want to go; proceeding at a pace you find helpful.
Life Coaching and Executive Coaching sessions generally take place virtually (in-person options are possible) for approximately 50 minutes. We’ll determine together an agreed upon length of time the coaching relationship will last with options to continue.
Life Plan Guide
Two days together gathering information about your unique life experiences, way of looking at the world, and dreams. At the end of those two days, you’ll walk away with a clearer picture of who you are, a fine-tuned life purpose, and a plan for how to activate the dreams stirring in your soul.
Life Plan is a fully integrated process. It involves uncovering clarity in every area of your life. This clarity allows for a strategic integration of who you are as a whole person. Further, Life Plan is designed to assist you with the transitional questions you have today while being a system you can rely on for making decisions in the future.
Soul Direction
There are likely as many ways to define the soul as there are people who will attempt a response. Perhaps the fact that it is so hard to define calls us to consider it even more. I suggest that the soul contains the parts of us that compel us to feel, to act, and to move toward purpose; a likeness of Jesus. Our soul deserves care. Soul Direction (or Spiritual Direction) is the ancient practice of one sitting with another paying attention to where God might be and how one might be experiencing God. It is the invitation to experience areas of life that feel a cohesiveness with God, and areas that hold a sense of tension. It is the gift of noticing together.
As I often say (out loud or to myself in direction sessions), “Hmmmm…would you look at that?!”
I received a MACM with an emphasis in Spiritual Care from Lipscomb University and, additionally, completed an apprenticeship under a licensed Spiritual Director.
Soul Direction sessions can take place virtually or in person, and generally occur for approximately 50 minutes on a monthly basis.
